Trial-Only Pressure-Injury Litigation
Institutional accountability for catastrophic bed sore and pressure-injury cases.
Pressure Injury Law Group represents clients in severe bed sore and pressure-injury matters prepared for trial from the outset. The firm accepts a limited number of cases that meet strict litigation and evidentiary criteria. Most inquiries do not qualify.
HOW THIS PRACTICE OPERATES
Selective, High-Friction Intake
This is not a volume personal-injury practice. The firm does not offer consultations, case evaluations, or advisory reviews.
Matters are considered only where the severity of injury, institutional conduct, and available documentation support formal discovery, expert development, and trial preparation.
Prospective claimants are expected to review the firm’s Case Acceptance Standards before submitting any materials.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Matters Considered for Review
- Advanced pressure injuries, including Stage III, Stage IV, unstageable, or deep tissue injuries
- Cases arising from nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation centers
- Matters requiring institutional discovery, corporate investigation, and trial preparation
Early-stage injuries, minor claims, arbitration-only matters, and advisory inquiries are not reviewed.
WHAT WE DO
Texas Service Area
Pressure Injury Law Group represents clients in catastrophic bed sore and pressure-injury cases arising throughout Texas, including matters connected to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and other Texas communities.
Case acceptance does not depend on geographic proximity. The firm’s practice is intentionally limited to a small number of matters presenting clear issues of severity, preventability, causation, and trial readiness
Before Submitting Any Materials
Prospective claimants must review and understand the firm’s Case Acceptance Standards before submitting an intake.
Submission does not guarantee review or representation and does not create an attorney-client relationship. The firm will initiate further contact only if a matter meets threshold criteria.
